North Antrim Coast (3rd June 2006)

White Cliffs at Larrybane Bay
Today we 'chanced our arm' to catch the ferry over from Ballycastle to Rathlin Island, but we didn't make it, so we visited Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and the Giant's Causeway instead. In God's providence, this was for our good, although at the time we were really disappointed we hadn't left sooner. The North Coast, or Causeway Coast, was looking really good with wild flowers everywhere.
Timothy crossed the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, which isn't that bad as long as you don't look down and there aren't lots of people on it making it go up and down. Mary was disappointed that she didn't have a go, but she will do so next time, God willing.
The kids loved the Giant's Causeway as they thought it was a big playground. Here are some more photos.
